Opened in 2017, Prospect Place is part of the New York City shelter system and has 90 beds coupled with extensive case management, psychiatric and primary medical care, and housing placement services for homeless women with mental illnesses.
Delta Manor offers 101 beds and on-site primary and psychiatric care, support services and housing placement for homeless men with severe and persistent mental illnesses.
Opened in April 2019, this is the new location of our expanded Kelly transitional housing program. It offers 60 beds and comprehensive, on-site case management, psychiatric care and housing placement for homeless men and women with mental illnesses.
The Long Acre stabilization bed program is a critical lifeline for individuals experiencing street homelessness.
Paul’s Place provides case management and housing placement services to 70 to 90 people at the
Drop-In Center and 24 people at the Safe Haven.

CUCS spearheads efforts to transition those experiencing street homelessness into stable housing located across all five boroughs. Case managers assist with employment, family connections, healthcare, and social services. Health care providers maintain clients’ mental and physical well-being, while educational and vocational programs foster personal growth, wellness, and self-sufficiency.
Located in Harlem and named in honor of CUCS founder Tony Hannigan, The Hannigan is CUCS’s newest supportive and affordable housing residence for individuals and families.
Kingsbridge Heights is a joint partnership between CUCS, B&B Urban LLC and L+M Development Partners under the NYC HPD’s ELLA Program for Extremely Low and Low Income families. The building provides 136 apartments with 40 units reserved for homeless families whose head of household has mental illness.
Opened in 2016, CUCS developed and owns this 108-unit residence for families and individuals. We provide all the on-site psychiatric and primary medical care, comprehensive support and employment services for families.

Opened in 2009, the 201-unit Schermerhorn House is a three-agency partnership. The Entertainment Community Fund coordinates tenant services, Breaking Ground developed and manages the property, and CUCS provides all of the primary medical care, psychiatry and support services.
CUCS provides the on-site psychiatric and primary medical care, comprehensive support and employment services to residents at the Christopher. Opened in 2004, and originally built in 1904, our partner Breaking Ground rehabilitated and manages the residence.

CUCS provides the on-site psychiatric and primary medical care, comprehensive support and employment services to residents at the Prince George. Our partner Breaking Ground rehabilitated the Prince George in 1999 and manages the residence.
Betances Residences offers 152 unites of permanent supportive housing for seniors who are exiting homelessness or living on very low incomes. CUCS offers senior-specific programming and on-site medical services, helping our tenants remain physically healthy and socially engaged.
In addition, Betances includes a community facility space that houses programming for Bronx youth.
The Times Square, once a luxury hotel, is the largest supportive housing site in the United States. CUCS provides the the on-site psychiatric and primary medical care, comprehensive support and employment services at the 652-unit residence. Our partner Breaking Ground rehabilitated the Times Square in 1991 and manages the residence.
CUCS provides the case management and supportive services at the Rio. Our partner Broadway Housing Communities rehabilitated and opened the 80-unit residence in 1991.

Williamsbridge Gardens provides 170 units of permanent housing – 85 units for low income tenants and 85 units for formerly homeless singles and families, many of whom have histories of mental illness and substance abuse.
