CUCS Trainings For NYC Mental Health Housing Providers

tcs_edited76Under a contract with the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, CUCS is able to offer a variety of free trainings for:

  • All programs interested in accessing mental health housing
  • Exclusively for programs funded by DOHMH or OMH that provide transitional and permanent housing beds for the mentally ill in New York City.

Free Trainings for Providers Interested in Accessing Mental Health Housing

Under a contract with DOHMH, CUCS offers the following trainings free of charge to any human service provider interested in learning more about NY/NY III housing and other housing options for persons with mental illness.

  • Accessing Housing from an Inpatient Setting (Half-day), OASAS approved 2.5 hrs
  • Clinical Interventions in Housing Placement (Full-day), OASAS approved 5 hrs
  • Housing Options, Assessment and Referral (Full-day), OASAS approved 5 hrs
  • Understanding and Working with the Chronically Homeless (Half-day), OASAS approved 2.5 hr
  • New York/New York III (NY/NY III) Overview
  • Category A - NY/NY III 
  • Category B - NY/NY III 
  • Category C - NY/NY III 
  • Category D - NY/NY III 
  • Category E - NY/NY III
