CUCS' Career Network offers job training and placement services with a wide range of supports to individuals living in supportive housing. The Career Network provides services to 200 supportive housing tenants each year utilizing an evidence-based practice known as Supported Employment.
Supported Employment is a well-defined method for helping people with mental illness and other disabling conditions find and retain competitive employment within their communities.- CUCS' Career Network is staffed by employment specialists and job developers who work with all of the participants' treatment providers to achieve a mutually reinforcing impact.
