Career Network Overview

CUCS' Career Network offers job training and placement services with a wide range of supports to individuals living in supportive housing. The Career Network provides services to 200 supportive housing tenants each year utilizing an evidence-based practice known as Supported Employment.

70% of adults with severe mental illness desire to work

60% or more of adults with mental illness can be successful at work

Only between 10 and 20% of supportive housing tenants with a mental illness are employed

Only 20% of other special needs tenants in supportive housing are employed

Our Results

In the past year, CUCS enrolled 243 people into its award-winning employment program, the Career Network, to help them find and keep jobs.
