Check out the progress we are making on the Lenniger Residences, CUCS' newest housing initiative that includes a number of green elements. CUCS expects to achieve LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Silver certification on this project. The Sister Barbara Lenniger Residences are located in the East Tremont section of the Bronx. The Lenniger will provide 92 units of affordable housing with services available on-site for homeless and low income individuals and families.
