Effective July 1st, 2007, the HRA 2000 Supportive Housing Referral application has been discontinued, and has been replaced by the HRA 2010e electronic housing application. The HRA 2000 is no longer be available, either by mail, fax or via HRA's web site. All housing applications must now be submitted electronically using the new HRA 2010e.

In order to use the electronic application, you must first receive your user name and password from HRA-OHMHS; only after you receive your user name and password will you be able to access the system. If your agency requires training on the use of the electronic application, please contact:
