CUCS trains more than 2,500 staff throughout the United States each year. Our workshops provide staff with the knowledge, skills and practical tools they need to achieve better client outcomes. We have developed more than 250 hours of curricula that can be customized to meet your program’s unique needs.
Our trainers draw from their own practice to offer helpful advice grounded in the realities facing today’s human services professionals. Working as agency executives, program directors, clinical supervisors and case managers has prepared our team to guide staff at all levels of your organization.
CUCS trainers have worked to strengthen, reorganize and start programs in a full range of settings, including:
- Mental health clinics and programs
- AIDS and AIDS prevention programs
- Substance use programs
- Homeless outreach programs
- Shelters and transitional housing
- Supportive housing
- Correctional facilities
- Adolescent and family services programs
We apply compassion, creativity and experience working with hundreds of organizations across the country to help you solve your most intractable problems.
